Good luck with your effort, but I don't think the caller id V# will help track them down. The numbers after the V are apparently a time stamp of when the call was made (usually as Eastern Time Zone time.) For instance I got a call from the same (spoofed) number a couple days ago and the caller ID showed "V05121403420036" *. When I checked the on-line list of incoming calls for my number with my phone company, the call came in on May 12th at 11:03 AM PDT (local time), which would be 2:03 PM (14:03) EDT. So the pairs of numbers, from the left, are Month, Day, Hour, Minute (which I can readily confirm from every such call so far) with the next pair being Seconds (never seen anything over 59). The last four digits could be a number of things, but most likely are fractional seconds. This is probably the default setting of the robo-dialer that makes the calls using the number they are currently spoofing.

This is the 5th time that this number has called me in 3 days. I have yet to answer and I too am on the no call registry. This number alternates with another one out of Washington State.
The no-call registry is totally ineffective and the FCC needs to stop this harassment!!!!!!
I pressed 1 after pressing 3 so many times and I figured I would speak to a live operator. After telling him I had no credit cards and not to call again, he asked if (Saying my husbands name) was interested and I said no. He then asked me if I take care of ****** at night and I said excuse me. Then I asked what he was talking about and he said I knew what he was talking about and I told him he is f****** sick and hung up. The nerve of these people. How can they get away with this bull? Seems like we have no rights even if we are on the do not call list!!

I really want to be here to answer when they call, but they keep hitting my answering machine. A friend works in the Attorney Generals office here in our state, so I intend to give these JERK WADS his direct work number and ask them to call me back at that number... (sorry Tom, but perhaps you can help stop these wackoff scum sucking pieces of worm crap.
I am on the DNC list so I will file a complant at DNC.gov... as well as with our states cosumer affairs board.
