I got this phone call today from the following number it's a female with a India accent my caller id says 415-484-8341 San Francisco/North Bay Area. Telling me to dial that number and a Kenneth Webster pick up with a non foreign accent telling me I owe in interest and penalties of $2800 while the female said $10000. Don't give out any of your information to these people
I have received a call from this number 10 Times a day for a week... they finally left me a message today and if they expect you to understand some dude that can't speak English worth a crap they must be crazy! These peoole need to be charged with harassment. They are posing as IRS officials and tell you that there were deficiencies in a tax return, and it is a serious matter. They threaten legal actions...what a joke!
I received a couple calls today (first the person hung up, then left a voicemail) from (415) 484-8341 and the message was addressed to a "Chantelle McGinnis." The male voice had a strong Indian accent and instructed me to call the number back "the second I get the message" because I had an outstanding income tax payment. The message also said I needed to call back before legal charges were made against me.
I submitted a complaint to the Treasury Inspector General as well - thanks for that suggestion.
I received a call from this number a person with an Indian accent asked for my husband,while i was still on phone another number on caller id as STINSON BEACH CA...Both were from same company with 2 people posing as IRS collectors.When my husband returned their call he was threatened to pay a couple thousand dollars which we don't owe in an hour wire transfer or face arrest warrant i believe....lol.
Thanks for alerting us we goggled this number and got that ....THIS IS A SCAM.

I received a call from this number threatening that legal action would occur if I didn't return this time sensitive call ASAP, this is a big scam, please do not feel threatened as they will be very rude and forceful,report this to the treasury inspector general at the above mentioned number asap
I received several voice messages from this number. A very heavy accented man who said his name is "Richard Williams" with the IRS said that I needed to return the call immediately to the 415 number. It sounded too much like a scam. After reading the posts on this site, I didn't return the call.
