Receive many phone calls from 1-417-800-2511 asking for Japanese male 18 or above to participate in a studies. My number is unlisted and registered with the 'do-not-call' list. The rep on the phone was unable to clarify how they get my number.
I am amazed that anyone uses VM or answering machines. Think about it--all you really need is Caller ID. The others are gimmicks that are totally useless except for scammers to use to determine if your phone number is attached to a real person and not some internal business number. Just knowing the number of someone who called you when you were unable to answer allows you to call them back when you are available. Why spend money on essentially useless electronics that mostly benefit scam artists?
There are very strict rules about solicitation by attorneys. Violation of them likely will result in the attorney's license being revoked. If anyone doing this illegal activity tells you they are an attorney, they are lying to you.
Who would be soliciting new members for a class action suit, "Ken" ? An attorney? You don't know much about the rules against such behavior, do you, "Ken" ? Why are you so adamant about people seeing things your way? Huh?
