This is really a scam.

The robo call calls first to verify a working number.

This is followed by a woman calling and asking for so and so. Of course there is no one by that name. So maybe some people say no this is so and so, then they have a name.

This is followed by a robo call welcoming you to the Citi / Best Buy family. Then they want you to sign on to your account. This can be a little unnerving as it sounds like someone has just opened an account using your phone number. The number left in the robo call via voice mail is 855-242-6899.

If you just use the *69 feature you get the call back number of 469-914-7211. I called this number were an operator phishes for an account number.

This is a scam and a real load of crap.

i keep getting a call from this number 4-6 times a day 7 days a week it is illegal to call more than 3 times a week in Washington state
