This is a charter cable serice call number...........I am dealing with them, now.................

of 2014,,   several times a day..And they r impossible to reach live

they want to buy time waner cable and then the  service can get even worse......For both co's..

Not a scam.  This is just an automated service reminder from Charter.  They'll leave a message indicating as such.  I did in fact schedule a service appointment, and this message confirmed it.
