I received a call from this number. It was a genuine call from Charter (now Spectrum) from a automated system to confirm an appointment for a service technician to visit my home. It is not a scam.
It is not charter cuz someone called starting it was sitting and wanted me to make a payment when I hung up and capped the real Sprint they made me aware that it is a scam
I do not believe this is charter for one they called and left a vm starting they were Sprint when I called back I got a rep starting she was from ssprint finance and I needed to make a payment I hung up and called Sprint and they told me its a scam and they go by many different company's but it had been reported by other customers and not to give anyone ago calls me my credit info but I'm not stupid I knew it couldn't be legit
If you don't have Charter's Cable/Internet service and you get a call and it bothers you just block the call on your phone. If you have a landline they are calling, call your phone company and have them block the number. It's that simple. This is a legitimate business just trying to call and remind their customers of appointments so they don't miss them.
No reason to act like children and call names on a website that is intended to help people identify callers.
