When I get any calls I dont want, I just get them to pick up the call and say * This is the phoenix police Dept * or pick any police dept and say how may I help you. It tends to scare them off from calling again. Makes me feel better any ways LOL
I too received a call from this number yesterday. Did not answer it. One question I have to all of you who keep advising people to report this stuff to the authorities while assuring us "if enough people complain" etc....What evidence do you have that any gov. entity has EVER done ANYTHING about these dirt bags based upon cumulative complaints?
Whenever I get a call like this I try to act really stupid and string them along with lots of false information to keep them talking as long as possible. The longer that they waste their time with me, the less time they have to bother someone else. They usually just hang up when they realize they are getting nowhere with me but I try to have some fun with them like a prank phone call in reverse. There is not really much else you can do to these scum so this is just my little way of f***ing with them.
