I've received several calls from them the past week. I don't think that this is with Family Life because we've received calls from them before and their name is listed on the caller id (of course I could be wrong). I may answer it the next time to see who it is.
Well, I called Family Life and they said it was probably one of their outsourced telemarketers that handles calls for them. She didn't have a list of numbers so she couldn't tell me for sure and I didn't push the issue. The reason they use it is because of the irregularly large call volume that they have during certain times of year. The person I spoke with was very apologetic and offered to take me off the call list in order to avoid future calls. So is it annoying, yes, but they won't haggle you for a sale if you just want to be removed from the list and Family Life is a great organization.
