Same APPLE INC using the same scam and a new number listed in New Mexico (Albuquerque, Farmington, Santa Fe)-- 505-837-6480 calling every hour now and leaving a call back to 833-501-4720. Don't answer but annoyed having to delete all the messages on answering service. Just like Congress nothing ever gets done about these AHs!
They have called twice already today. Number reads Apple in Portland, which is a legit number, however, this call is not legit. Someone is spoofing their number. Don't bother to assert.
Bought 2 iPhone 7's saturday at best buy. 3 hours later we received th first of 3 calls that night. Sunday we received 5 calls before we blocked them. The number on the caller id is 503.256.2010 and it is for the Portland Apple Store. They ask you to call 844.858.8324. The web says this is a scamer number! I think best buy has been hacked. They have only called my home number, not the cell phones. The only place Apple and my home phone appear together is at best buy and their computer systems. Beware the scam and maybe best buy.
Had 3 calls left in the period of one hour. No message. Checked out the number online and discovered the business is legitimate, however, the number is being used in a scam.
