Man claimed to have spoken with an executive who has been overseas for a couple of years now. When I said that he wasn't here, he acted surprised, reiterating that he'd talked to him just last week (an old ruse). He requested the new number, I refused, he started to give me a hard time but then hung up.
Received a call from 516-221-6600 the man asked for the owner by name, when I told him he was out of the office could I take a message he said no and hung up.
These guys call every few weeks with some phony baloney stock scheme. I feel sorry for the people who fall for this type of call. Why doesn't the FTC shut these guys down?
