Man claimed to have spoken with an executive who has been overseas for a couple of years now. When I said that he wasn't here, he acted surprised, reiterating that he'd talked to him just last week (an old ruse). He requested the new number, I refused, he started to give me a hard time but then hung up.
This phone number found out my private number and have repeatedly called many times during the day, and as late as 9:45 p.m. in the evening. I just ignore the rings when my caller ID identifies who it is. However; it is getting to be annoying!
Got a call from this number, he ask for the owner by name, I said he was on another call, he asked me for his cell phone number, I said I can take a message, he hung up.
Already knew it was junk call. I've been doing this a long time and any number with a 516 area code is always some New York boiler room. They for owner's full name (name he doesn't go by with people he knows). Told him he's not in. He said "well this is John Farrington with Aegis" like he knows him. I said yeah well he's not in. He said Give me his mobile number". Yeah sure let me do that. Told the d-bag no and he (like they always do) just hung up. I spent quite sometime a couple years ago getting these and other NY boiler room A-holes to quit calling here and all of a sudden I've been getting the calls again. I hope they enjoy wasting their time because they are never getting through this gatekeeper.
