I received the same voice mail and I called the guy back at the different number he gave me. I listened for a bit and asked if it was a scam. He laughed and asked why I thought that. I said that I've done research on the number and alot of things lead to a scam. He threatened me saying I "rejecting" the legal matter. I told him him that I'm not falling for a scam and that I was reporting him and "law firm" and hung up.
I just call got the call today on my answering machine. They guy barely spoke english. He also gave me the 929-268-1973 to call back. said the same thing about garnishing my wages. I will not call him back I know they would have to take me to court before they can garnish my wages. I wish there was away to stop these debt collectors (if that is what they are) trying to threaten people!!! If he calls back again and i get the call I will tell him that I will see him in court!!
