I get this same damn message every week from Robert Woods who probably cant even spell Robert Woods. This time, if I don't call back in 5 mins their going to come and arrest me at work or at home. What a joke!!
I received the same call from a Robert Woods of Calvin & Travis Law Firm. He said my name and SSN are being sued. I know this is a scam because this has happened to me before. So I will call them back and tell them unless I see ACTUAL proof I am being sued I will not give them anything.
Just received the message about being sued and garnish wages. This is such a big scam. I had other one call me and said he was the police chief for the town I live in when I was actually standing and talking to the police chief at the same time. When the chief took my phone they hung up and haven't heard from that number since.
Stupid auto call, not reason given just that going to sue,wage garnish etc, have had many try WITH WRITTEN & LEGITIMATE court filings and fail.. ha ha rots o ruck, my employer does not even givr spouses info you gotta andswer a million questions only the employee could answer.?
