They called saying i owed a paybday loan 2 them and i didnt they had all my information and if i didnt pay i was gonna get a law suit. They took money out of my bank account hopefully if i report it as fraud ill get it back
the call me these morning and ask me to paid a loan and he told me he have my information and also my social security my job phone number ect ect I dont owne any loan
This phone number 607-595-1862 has been calling me all day. They also called my employer looking for me. They claimed that they have 3 lawsuits against me for not repaying a payday loan. Which I never received. The dollar amount kept changing with every person that got on the phone. And I could hear lots of laughing in the background. The dollar amount ranged from 300 to 5000. They told me that I was going to have to go to California to go to court. Otherwise I could repay them immediately over the phone. They kept putting different people on the phone (None of which I could understand) and spelled out their names and had me repeat the names numerous times. I have no idea what the purpose for this was. I told them that I knew this was a scam and then they started cussing me. Calling me many names and used every 4 letter word in the book. What worries me is that they have all my personal info including my SS#. Luckily, the bank info they have is for a Pre-Paid credit card account and money cannot be removed using the routing number and account number. But I am worried about Identity Theft. These people need to be stopped!!!!
I got calls from same number and company. He told me his name which I couldnt understand due to all the background noise (people talking and laughing, etc). He had a very heavy Middle Eastern accent so I couldnt really understand what he wanted. Finally he said I owed a payday loan and I then told him to hold on and Id give him my lawyers name and number due to filing chapter 13. When he heard this he called me a C-Sucking SOB and hung up. I tried to call back but only got a very loud squeling noise so I used my friends phone to call him back. He answered but didnt have the heavy accent and when I told him who I was he started to hang up but I told him if he did Id call my lawyer and turn over his name and number to my lawyer. He then ask me to "Please do not do that and that Id no longer receive any more calls. Got another today and reported it to my lawyer. My case worker called me back after about 2 hours and said they had to call several times before anyone would answer. Once they answered my case worker informed them of my chapter 13 and if they made anymore calls to me that they would have a law suit filed against them for harrassment. I hope the calls are over.
I just received a call at work from a Shawn Michael (heavy Indian accent) claiming he is with the American Legal Services and that I owe money. I have been dealing off and on with these jerks for almost two years now. They have used different names and company names but they are all the same. I have had my lawyer contact them. I have reported them. They just don't stop. At any rate, I told this guy that I am at work and not to ever call me at this number again and I hung up. He called back and left a message in a very upset voice that since he was trying to help me and I hung up in his face that he will have the authorities at my house in the morning to arrest me and that I will no longer have a job. I wish these guys would go crawl back into the hole that they came out of and leave all of us alone. We the people of America who are working our butts off to support our families with an honest living - getting harrassed by these creeps who want to steel to make a living.
