lol, we have been thru this a few times. Today hubby got the call from FRANK MURPHY, an indian with the name FRANK MURPHY comon. Well we know its a scam, the FBI has it written on their page that this is a scam. At first we allowed this to bother us because we mearly didnt understand, then we were angered, then we found some fun out of it. If you want them to stop calling then tell them off, they may curse you back but give them an earful they will stop then. Ours only started because after a year went by we re applied for a cash advance online, we knew that it may happen again but we were prepared after the first time they called us and then we called them back and gave them an earful of english useful words. Today hubby got the call and he gave me the number, so today I became a new name and gave them a nice sweet earful that im sure they hated,, i doubt hubby will get the call again but if he does he dont care now, he knows its fake and they will just get their feelings hurt again. Just know this, alot of these numbers that may come out of the newyork area or other areas are not because these people may be here or not, google itself can generate numbers for people as well as skype can generate a new number for anyone to use from any area that the person may choose. Do not let this get to you, do not give them a dime, do not keep applying for loans over and over, make sure you let your employer know in advance if you get this call at your home or cell, go to the fbi homepage and find the link for the scams and print it and take it to your emplyer to show them its a scam in case they get a call from the person also.
