This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity Bank but as phone numbers are easily spoofed, better to not give the caller any personal information. Instead hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card or on your statement. NEVER give some random caller personal information, no matter whom they claim to be.
Get a certified copy of your incoming calls from your provider, then go to your local court, show proof your bill is paid and get a cease and decist order (restraining), should they call again after the TRO is issued and served, have charges filed against the callers company officers for failing to honor a TRO.
I was one day late on payment due to the company not taking the money out of my bank account on time. They called non stop and to both home and cell phone at the same time .. really annoying

They call asking for (female name).
I tell them I'm the only one here at this phone number and do not call here again.
Yet they keep calling.

It is Sunday. This number and 614-212-5165 have called me a total of 12 times today, and 46 times in the last 3 days. I consider this harassment. Do not answer, as there have been numerous complaints about these two numbers.
