Called my cell.  Caller ID says from Westerville, OH - no name.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  They did not leave a msg.

They are calling because you probably owe them or they are following up on a dispute.

I called it back, the system said they were chase. The guy answered and first thing was to collect my social and account number. So I think it's a fake number.

it's 100% JP Morgan Chase Collections.
(Bank services not Credit Card)
** I actually answered the phone and engaged in conversation so I actually KNOW FOR A FACT.

...scammers are known to spoof numbers - just because it was legit for you doesn't make it so for others who get this call...
