Who called from 6148901031

Called them told them to block my number for some odd reason asked for name gave them a fake one.

I have a samsung gear S which has its own cell phone number. I have had this watch for over a year and a half. I do not know the cell number given to it because I just use my actual cell phone for calls. I am always astonished when my watch starts ringing when no one has its number, including me. Yes, I could call my cell from it to get the number, the point is, i have no reason to. So, I get 2 calls today from this number on my watch. I answer each time and they just hang up. I called back and a guy with the heaviest middle eastern accent answered the phone and said they were chase. I asked them who they were looking for. They said they couldn't reveal that information. They wanted me to tell them who I was before they revealed who they were looking for. Well, I wouldn't so...

Logically one could make that claim about any of the numbers listed on this site then.  So what's the point?

...you can't rely on the Caller ID or what the caller says to prove that they are who they claim to be.

Don't know who it is, but I use got the 30th call from it, no message and its Sunday.  I have never received a business call of any kind on a Sunday.
