I don't think this is a collection agency, it's a scam of some sort. They've called this business daily, asking for an employee who no longer works for the company. Indian accent, always claims "Andrew" told him to call. When I asked to speak to Andrew, his line is busy. I finally told the Indian guy I was calling the local police to file a harassment report. He suddenly was able to take our name and number off the calling list.
Well wouldn't that be soo much easier to quit your job just to avoid wage garnishment because you aren't paying your debts. Congrats "wakim" you get the moron of the day award!!! PAY YOUR DEBT :)
Stop hiring employees who don't pay their bills! What kinda of people do you have working for you? They are calling you place of business because your ignorant employees either don't return their calls made to the home or they can't find a number to reach them anywhere else but work. They are also calling you business because they are trying to warn your employees that they are about to be garnished if they don't make arrangments to pay their debt.
So be a good citizen & tell your employees to return our calls and in return the collectors will stop calling them at work! :)
She is not a telemarketer! She is a debt collector, there is a difference. You boss obviously owes money and its obviously none of your business so why don;t you just transfer her to your boss so he can pay up???
