I don't think this is a collection agency, it's a scam of some sort. They've called this business daily, asking for an employee who no longer works for the company. Indian accent, always claims "Andrew" told him to call. When I asked to speak to Andrew, his line is busy. I finally told the Indian guy I was calling the local police to file a harassment report. He suddenly was able to take our name and number off the calling list.

They need to understand how their choice of employment may affect their families. We will need any information on a home address, family members address, address of schools, events they or their children may attend, work address, vacation places, home, work or cell phone numbers, Discriptions and or Photos of, Mother, Father, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Children Neice Nephew, Brother, Sister, Inlaws, They are all to be posted so they will be available to anyone seeking to confront them about debt collection practices. We do not advocate violence and any such actions will not be condoned by us. We are at this time posting this in papers, online chat rooms, and other publications to see what feedback may be. We hope to have this database up and running soon to bring this home to and punish those that choose to abuse those citizens that have been hit so hard by this economy.
I got a call from Pamela Townsend ****she wanted to talk to my boss. Advised he was not available. Said the company represented the Dept of Education. I told her I thought she was a telemarketer** she said why would I give false info. I said because she was a telemarketer** advised not to call back

I don't even know where to begin with you morons! First of all how about this, you're in default because you didn't pay!!! It is way too easy to defer a student loan, there is no reason that 99% of those making an attempt can't keep themselves out of default. To sum it up, if you're in default your most likely ignorant. I'm not saying there aren't people out there who don't have valid hardships but stop fooling yourselves and put your priorities in order. For every person who doesn't repay their school loan there are many more that do. What makes you so special that you shouldn't have to repay?????? NOTHING, YOU'RE NO BETTER OR NO MORE SPECIAL THAN ANYONE ELSE!!!! NOW DEAL WITH IT AND PAY UP :)
Instead of IGNORING these phone calls why don't you pick up the phone and find out what you can do to get yourself out of default? WOW imagine that, actually making an attempt to be an honest, responsible individual, what a concept! Take it straight from the horses mouth, when this company calls you thay are TRYING to help, you have OPTIONS to right your wrong just LISTEN to what they have to say.
