I don't think this is a collection agency, it's a scam of some sort. They've called this business daily, asking for an employee who no longer works for the company. Indian accent, always claims "Andrew" told him to call. When I asked to speak to Andrew, his line is busy. I finally told the Indian guy I was calling the local police to file a harassment report. He suddenly was able to take our name and number off the calling list.
This number can not be put on the no-call list; and AT&T will not let you block this number. However, I purchased a telephone at Walmart that will let you block the number. It's a Panasonic. I thought about changing my number, and it would be less expensive then a new phone;however, I did not want to have to contact friends, family and business.
Know your rights. Write them letters to have them not contact you again. I did; however, these a bottom-feeders and would sell their mother for a dollar.
What are you and who are you? If someone reports that they were called names, then take them at their word. If you were on the line or had an illegal copy of the conversation, then you could perhaps say something. Your opinion is suspect you doubt a person reporting a problem over a possible incident. Get off it, this reporter may be accurate and your reply is out of line.
called repeatedly after 9pm on numerous occasions and when i called manager he was very very rude. i actually reached out to this collection company they didnt call me at first- i said i could call back in a day or two to try and figure it out to which i was inundated with calls night and day for the next 2 days. manager said he was going to send my case to wage garnishment and refused to acknowledge the fact that i was getting calls until after 930 which is very illegal. I also informed him there are at least 10 pages of complaints and obviously he should rethink this staff. garnish away a$$ im calling my lawyer
