I don't think this is a collection agency, it's a scam of some sort. They've called this business daily, asking for an employee who no longer works for the company. Indian accent, always claims "Andrew" told him to call. When I asked to speak to Andrew, his line is busy. I finally told the Indian guy I was calling the local police to file a harassment report. He suddenly was able to take our name and number off the calling list.
Called 10/17 asking for (name)... who, they said, they believed to be an employee of our agency. When I stated that our agency PAYS, but DOES NOT
EMPLOY X-million people, the caller persisted it was an employee. Looking on our agency email, I didn't find the name, and (I) suggested that the person was possibly a person we paid, but not someone who works here, the
caller thanked me & disconnected. So... probably a skip-tracer, collection agency, or scammer. But, not very bright.
They acted like a collection agency and was very rude and uninformed about the situation and i told them that there was breach of contract and fraud and if ANYONE TRIED TO DO ANY THING THAT I WOULD GO TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEPT OF EDUCATION MY SELF ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREAM COURT IM AM NOT ANY IDIOT AND I WILL FIGHT THIS TILL MY LAST BREATH..... I DO NOT ACTKNOLDGE THEM.... tHE DEPT OF EDUCATION IS CORRUPT AND PRESIDENT BUSH IS SO INEPT AND CORRUPT ITS A JOKE SO ANY ONE WHO GET A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER PLEASE REPORT TO THE LOCAL ATHORITIES FOR HARRASSMENT AND PUT THEM ON THE DO NO CALL LIST
the lady that called me was rude and she made threats.... she called me a b.. and i called her a b in return... i called back and complained and told them that if they called me again it would not be pleasant for them
A lady named Ms. Jolly (she sometimes gives a first name) has been calling our office for months. She always leaves her telephone number as 678-254-3300x3183. I have tried finding out what it is regarding and they always say its a "personal business matter" for one of the partners asking for one partner by name in particular. I told her after she has left dozens of message that they are obviously not interested and that she should take us off her list. She seemed annoyed by this and said that she wasnt trying to sell anything and that it was "very important" that she speak with one of the partners. I told her that unless she said what it was regarding they would not call her back. She continues to call though and will not acknowledge these prior calls or the fact that I have asked them to take us off whatever list they have.
