I also received a call saying they were looking fro someone with my name and if I knew the person I soul call back. I have done this before and was treated rudely when I asked them to how me proof of debt in writing. They refused and told me I needed to send them money today or they would take me to court. I said would see them in court and hung up. They refused t give me any details and were threatening. I was at work, and they called on my cell.
I've gotten the same type calls. They will not leave the business name on voice-mail. The one time I spoke to a person and confirmed who I was, the first thing I told her was "This call is being recorded." She hung up on me.
