I have been receiving the same calls daily, telling me that I need to call TODAY, me or my lawyer to resolve a matter where my personal information has been compromised. Some of the calls are from an area 45 mins away from where I live in Arkansas, and the others are from Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee with the SAME voice robotic recording, pretty much demanding you to make contact.
Yes, I'm getting calls from those same area codes. When does it stop? It becomes unnerving and the idea they could call my employer is no fun....the 414 caller contacted a friend of mine somehow and threatened her as well for obstruction of justice. It's crazy
Same as all of the above. No name left, just threats. Wants to know my home and personal address, says I am waiving my right to something or other by not calling back. Says they will contact my human resources department for information. Tells me "Good luck in court."
My HR department will reveal no personal information about me. Wage garnishment is illegal in Texas without a court order.
It's annoying, not scary.

Got first call today from this number said going to file charges in my county on 2 cases of fraud that had been attached to my name and SS number. Seems like if fraud was attached to my stuff I would be the one filing the fraud activity. The automated left this number to call and discuss it but only got a busy signal. Startled me at first then got to thinking and it sounded crazy.
Same thing here something bout 2 check frauds.....I dont use checks nor do I hv a checking acct (all is n my hubbys name). Glad I found this site def. gonna ignore now.
