I have been receiving the same calls daily, telling me that I need to call TODAY, me or my lawyer to resolve a matter where my personal information has been compromised. Some of the calls are from an area 45 mins away from where I live in Arkansas, and the others are from Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee with the SAME voice robotic recording, pretty much demanding you to make contact.
i just was hit by number 708-983-7973 telling me I have two charges against me in my county. The message said for me to call the number back so I did and I got you have miss dialed the number try your number again ok really.
Some calle me from 708-983-7973, that I have 2 charges against in my county and to call back asap to avoid getting served with papers for Fraud Charges. No name just a number a recording probably a scam.
i just was hit by number 708-983-7973 Got first call today from this number said going to file charges in my county on 2 cases of fraud that had been attached to my name and SS number. Seems like if fraud was attached to my stuff I would be the one filing the fraud activity. The automated left this number to call and discuss it but only got a busy signal. Startled me at first then got to thinking and it sounded crazy.
