Got a call from this number this morning claiming to be the IRS. Said they were filing suit against me. I laughed and hung up. Called ID said Pay Phone.
Just got a call from this number telling me that the IRS is sueing me. And gave another number to call they said it to fast for me to get that number. I would call this number Fraud!
The phone number comes up on my called ID as "payphone". They left a message they are from the IRS and are filing suit aqainst me for unpaid taxes. Don't believe this scam. IRS always contacts you in writing. They left a call back number of
360-347-1157. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
I received a voice message from the above number saying that it's the "official and final notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me" telling me to call back "(253)218-1906". I have had no problems with the IRS, and they've made no attempt to contact me. Not sure who is facilitating these calls.
714-535-1665 got a call from them today, Caller Id said "pay phone" the message said it was the IRS and the IRS was going to file suit if I did not call them back at 209-676-8870. These people got to stop, why am I paying for an unlisted number, on the no call lists, etc if these scam artists are able to get the number? I am sick of this.
