called as the IRS looking to collect a debt and said this is the last attempt to collect a debt before proceedings are started.

today we were told that the IRS was coming after us and we needed to call this number back for help, smells a little fishy to me, feel sorry for people that actually fall for this stuff.
Got a call from 714 535-1665, message left on machine: Hello, we have been trying to reach you, We are the IRS, Internal Revenue Services, please call us back at 347-851-7110, if you don't call us there will be a lawsuit against you.. they gave the callback number twice.
This number left me a message stating the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me and to call a 202 area code. If the government really wanted me, I'm quite sure they would send a letter. So no I will not be calling 202-684-6469. As that number is a scam as well. Why doesn't the government crack down on this crap?! #donotcallregistryisuseless!
