Well, even after I posted last I continued to receive phone calls from this company. Vented on the registry, actually had these guys call me at past 8 in the evening one time. I did find out that the company I got my home loan with had released my personal information and if I wanted my personal information kept to myself then I had to call a phone number to get taken off the list. They don't tell you this until 6 months after the fact and hundreds of harassing phone calls later! Since I removed my personal information from any lists (that I know of at the moment), I have not received a call from the Mortgage Inv again. It's still a bunch of bull that I have to spell it out that I want my private info kept as that, private.
they have been calling for at least 3+ months they never leave a message on the answering machine and after ive told them to stop calling and take our number off the list they have hung up after i say hello others in household have told them to stop calling and take our number off there list but calls keep comeing
Continue to call and do not leave messages. I am also registered on do not call list. Contacted and filed report that they continue to call same number even though I have never done business with them
This number calls frequently-the last being Sat evening @20:30! Today, I called the # and got "transferred to the other side", then the person, Philip, said what is your name?.....I refused/asked if I was a veteran-I said no/asked if my husband was-I said don't have a husband/then "have a good day".....I asked WHAT IS YOUR BUSINESS, AND WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME.....Philip just said "have a good day" again and hung up. Very frustrating!
This company calls every day, several times a day and have done so for a least a year. Phone calls of this sort should be illegal. This is stalking. If I want something I will get it myself without being badgered to death!
