Well, even after I posted last I continued to receive phone calls from this company. Vented on the registry, actually had these guys call me at past 8 in the evening one time. I did find out that the company I got my home loan with had released my personal information and if I wanted my personal information kept to myself then I had to call a phone number to get taken off the list. They don't tell you this until 6 months after the fact and hundreds of harassing phone calls later! Since I removed my personal information from any lists (that I know of at the moment), I have not received a call from the Mortgage Inv again. It's still a bunch of bull that I have to spell it out that I want my private info kept as that, private.
This Phone number has been calling me claiming to be a loan officer from some bank wanting to give them the interest rate on my VA Loan. I did a Back trace on the phone number and it came out to be from the St. Petersburg, Florida. I am going to contact the Florida State Attorney General Office about the Telephone calls.
I asked MANY times to be removed off their list. Their calling is constant and ALL HOURS! The guy said first give me your interest rate. I said No, he said then I am not going to remove you and they continue to call. I am planning on reporting them to several consumer rights' groups.
