Well, even after I posted last I continued to receive phone calls from this company. Vented on the registry, actually had these guys call me at past 8 in the evening one time. I did find out that the company I got my home loan with had released my personal information and if I wanted my personal information kept to myself then I had to call a phone number to get taken off the list. They don't tell you this until 6 months after the fact and hundreds of harassing phone calls later! Since I removed my personal information from any lists (that I know of at the moment), I have not received a call from the Mortgage Inv again. It's still a bunch of bull that I have to spell it out that I want my private info kept as that, private.

I too have been getting calls for at least a month. When I answered the call 3 days ago and told them not to call, the gal was rather rude and hung up on me. After that I've still been getting calls, but now they hang up if you answer. If you're getting the calls I was told to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission, which I did.
