He said, " I owed for taxes...I was going to jail for 6 months..."

I received a call from 760-335-6113 this morning saying from IRS legal department, the caller's name was Andrew Hall. The most annoying thing was the phone woke me up from my sleep. I got home from my job at 4:00am and the call came in at 8:01am. I called back with my # hidden. The guy who picked the phone confirmed his name was Andrew Hall. I told him he's on record and he hung up immediately. These are SCAMMERS, PLEASE DON'T MAKE THEIR DAY.

"Andrew Hall" called my brother's house (!) from this number asking for me. He said he was with the US Dept of Treasury and it was concerning legal action against me. I wish I knew how he got my brother's home number.

Yup,  I too got a call from this same #, except he said his name was William Rogers.  What a monkey!

We should all make point of calling this number 2 -3 times per day and say we are on to their scam.  If enough of us call it may flood their phone.
