I've been getting these calls from a guy name Steve Johnson saying i took a loan out an never paid it i went back in my checking account files never got any money put in the account for a loan Iwant this company or Law Firm stoped They even called my employer i never took a loan out and never ever would not pay for it. When you take a pay -day loan out they ask for your account information and the money is taken out of your account every pay day Please get these people. Thank you
Chris Hill with Indian accent threatening my SSN and saying I would have sheriff at my door if I didn't respond immediately with a payment in regards to some loan that I know I do not have. Absolute idiots...tried my home phone a few days ago saying they were from my bank (used wrong name) and some more ridiculous accusations just like everyone else has mentioned...these people prey on individuals in lower income brackets and use scare tactics. I need them to leave me alone and God forbid they get any funds from an American born citizen.
I recieved a call from Matthew Jones who was very rude and aggressive calling from Anderson Law Firm and he left me a message stating that there is a judgement against me in attempt to run and if i do not call back by the end of the business day they will have no other choice but take further action. so i contacted them back some guy by the name of Richard Johnson (officer) really????? he had heavy indian accent. Before I let him speak I told him this was harrassment and I have turned him and Matthew Jones in for harrassment to the local authories. The response that I recieved was "[***] You", really this is how you handle collections, I have been in the business way to long to fall for that you do not speak to anyone that way if you are trying to collect money. Scammers. I am not giving you crap. If you want money from me you can send me some type of notification via mail. Im so angry with people they also called my place of employment, threatening me. You people need to stop harassing us.
