I keep getting calls to my work and cell from them, When i asked them to fax me the paper work they said they couldn't intill i paid them. So i told them with out the paper work for my lawyer to look at then i'm not paying anything and to top it off i've never even taken out a loan.

I just got this same call from Anderson Law Firm. I kept hanging up and he kept calling. and said F--- You.

I too have received a call from this number and the person contacting me is Robert Black from Anderson Law Firm, he too had a very strong Indian accent, and too could not pronounce my name correctly. I always get suspicious when someone with that strong of an accent calls me about owing money to someone.  He then told me that their company had given me $300 and when they tried to collect it wouldn't allow the payment.  I advised him that when I did try to get a loan I was denied because the account I as using was for a pre-paid card and wouldn't allow anything to go through.  Once he had called me said that there was an investigation on my SS# and that there will be a warrant for my arrest due to fraud. So at first I asked how this could be resolved and he said if I gave him my account # and routing # for my bank account he would be able to take the payment.  I advised him that I never received any money in the first place because it was denied.  He then said that he would see me in court and hung up on me.  After this I asked for his name, his supervisor's name, and the name of the law firm. I also asked for him company # not just his direct # and the company address and he hung up on me.  I knew then that he was not legitimate and had to be fraudulent.  I called back on a restricted # and asked for the amount that they were trying to say I received, then I asked for the date in which they were saying that I received it. he gave me the amount but could not give me a specific day as to when it happened and then told me not to call again and hung up. From there I came to this website after looking up the # through google and have seen other's responses to the same law firm contacting them from the same # and of course all fraudulent calls.

My name is Heather Wentrick, I have been harassed by this company 4 or 5 times in 2 days. He had left me messages on my voice mail and the last one I received he said it was urgent and I needed to respond asap. I am going to try to file a Class Action Lawsuit against these people.  Please if you are interested, email me..  I will be suing for harassment and fraud because as I do believe someone posted on here that they are using another company's name fraudulently.  There is a real law firm named Anderson Law Firm and they actually do cases, just not like this.  So if you are interested, my boyfriend does know a lawyer that would be more than willing to help and please email me, something needs to be done about this.

Please send your name, the name of the person (or persons) you spoke with, and what they were saying to try to intimidate you to pay them.

Unfortunately no. They will keep calling and bugging you until you answer and give them what they want or let them know what you know.  If you answer and ask for any address or company phone # they will hang up.  if you tell them that you know they are fraudulent and that you aren't going to pay them anything they will just say fine see you in court then, but trust me they know I know I was the one doing the harassing this time lol. and just like posted on here tell them to send you the information via fax and that it is your legal right to know what it is that you are being charged for, and watch them hang up.
