Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I don't know how this works but I also recieved o phone call from them HOWEVER they have changed the phone number. They called me from 786-275-5988 and said that i owed for a payday loan 5 months ago when i knew that I had in fact never taken out a loan. When i asked where it was taken out at they emediately hung up. When i called back they would not answer the phone.... I thought that i was a victum of idenity theft until i called payday loan and they atated that i never took out a loan.... Also they are trying to gat me to take out a loan...
They haven't stopped calling me. They are actually now calling me again telling me that i have been approved for a 3,000 dollar loan but that i have to send them 369 dollars before they will give me the loan.
I just received a call from a Matthew Jones from Anderson Law Firm, saying my SS Number is under investigation for an unpaid payday loan. He said that i need to put money of a prepaid card and make a arragements to pay the balance or legal proceedings will be brought against me and someone will be at my house to serve me papers and arrest me. For the past 2 weeks they have been threating to have a process server come out to my house and job unless i make arrangement to give them oney. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE ADVICE.
