Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I keep getting a call about my social security number being under invesitgation and that I need to call back right away. The caller is a gentlemen with a very think accent from India that you could hardly understand him.
I just received two calls from this phone number and it really flustered me, I receive credit report alerts just in case and because someone opened a credit card in my name two months ago. When I informed the caller that I was going to have my lawyer contact him, he hung up on me! But then had the audacity to call this morning and threaten me again!
I pay for identity protection services via the three majors and I have internet security from Norton and McAffee and somehow they still got my personal information!!!
They are harassing me and the only thing that I can do is to file a police report? or refuse to answer my phone? This does not seem right. However, the reality is that it is obviously NOT safe to handle your personal business on the internet, no matter how many ways you protect yourself. Although
I am thankful to have discovered this page, I was so concerned, because the calls were so threatening. Now I will call my bank and have to contact every credit card company and take valuable time away from work and school, in order to prevent this type of illegal activity. I am also going to have that number blocked from my phone and see how that goes.
the same happen to me i been getting calls and what they did not relize is that i work for a real lawfirm they are a bunch of suckas and they will get what they deserve their FRAUD ,FAKE ,BOGUS ,and they dont know who they are messing with
They call me many times, and actually my attorney and his paralegal have called and filed an investigation into this "so called" company. What else can we do?
