They are likely not in the country.  Sounds like they are in India & phone in through New Jersey!

Wow! Looking at the dates of these calls they have been at it awhile-and with the same number.  They usually change the routing of the calls, they know you block the numbers.  I told the last one I don't have a computer-first time I got total silence from one of them.

Called and said my computer was crashing. I told him I did not owe a computer.... He hung up.

Foreigner called wanting to talk about my windows computer. Haven't used windows since I was 10. Knew it was a scam call and hung up, blocked number and reported to FTC. DONT ANSWER! SCAM CALL!

This is a scam to gain access to your computer and ultimately cause problems for you. Do not follow any of their instructions or requests. Your computer is not sending them anything.
