Foreigner called wanting to talk about my windows computer. Haven't used windows since I was 10. Knew it was a scam call and hung up, blocked number and reported to FTC. DONT ANSWER! SCAM CALL!
These guys call me every month. sometimes I toy with them other times I go off on them depending on my mood. Today I yelled at him and told him the only person trying to scam me was him. And he asked how did I think it was a scam and to be honest (possible racial profiling here and forgive me for that) it was his heavy middle eastern accent and saying that someone was "hacking" my computer.
And I told him that Microsoft would never ever call me. Ever. I told him in not so politely terms to F**K Off and never call me again. Hung up on him and *60 the number.
I got the exact same message and told him my number was on the do not call federal registry and he said this is not a sales call and do not argue with me or you will be sorry.
No one on the other end of the line. Too bad... I was ready to go into the "But, I don't see nothing on the screen" act. Oh, well... After about 15 seconds, I rang off.
