So you don't need the money?  What money you ask?  The money you would get from suing them.  By doing what you are doing, you are giving them cart blanche to keep breaking the law.  Everything you need to know is on page 1 of this thread.  Use it to your advantage, or put up with the calls.  Your choice, but I know which one I would make if it were me in this situation.
