Why the heck would you even think of talking to SCUM like them? no computer company would call you like that. wake up! why would you even have a conversation with them? if you wondered about the call tell them to call later when your husband is home. but what you should have done, using your (brain?) was to hang up. obviously you have not been on this earth that long to realize this crap goes on 24/7 wake up and smell the roses. you were lucky you did nothing.
Claimed to be from "Group Results" (I think, had a very thick accent) and said my computer has viruses and they needed my personal information to fix it. I told him I had never heard of his company and to not call me again.
This is a pathetic Scam, I played along a little but once they asked for access, I said I would be happy to provide them access as soon as they provide me their IP address to verify their identity. It was amazing they simply hung up.
Called several times yesterday and today -- sometimes with "Tennessee" as Caller ID and sometimes with strings of numbers and letters (V02140330040046 or V02120909520046) as Caller ID). Of course, I didn't answer.
