Who called from 9046721021

I received a call from H&P Capital yesterday from number 904-418-5000. The person stated that I have 24 hrs to contact them, that a decision had already been made regarding the matter, they just need for me to confirm. I have no idea what this is about. They also called my granddaughter which has a cell phone under my name. He told me to call back #877-442-1601 X128.

Been getting calls from 904-418-5000 telling me they want a statement from me and that legal action is being taken.  I know its a debt collector, lies as usual. If they take a check for a payday loan and i never paid the full ammount is that a crime?  The original company said that they will report it as a HOT CHECK?  doubt it but wonder if its true?    I live in tx and like most states DEBT is a civil matter not criminal.

No, they're not for real. They're a fraudulent company running scams. Don't fall for this. I hope you didn't pay that guy $600. If you did, sorry you lost your money.
