Sure are a lot of ignorant people.  Harrassment, etc.  It's verizon - you owe your bill.  No reason to be so defensive on this site.  Answer it, tell them you can't pay yet but what the plan is - always better to talk to a bill collector than ignore.  No - it's not harrassment.  You signed a contract saying you'd pay and during daytime hours they have every right to contact you via phone to try to collect payment.  
Bob - don't get a phone for your kid with their name on it if you can't pay.  Get a pay-as-you-go plan.

Harassment or con - just received call. Did not press one to return call. Do not have verizon wireless. Be careful out there.

this has called me before, claims to be verizon.  guess what? i never had, nor will i ever have verizon, nor have i ever been late on a payment for anything in my life!!!

big scam

It's Verizon collections. If you made a partial payment or are 10 days late, they start this crap.
Make a complete payment and the calls will stop.

it's valid from Verizon. I don't have Verizon service but my sister does and she puts my home number as her contact number. so they keep calling me.
