thanks!  it does help - kills me getting unknown callers on my cell!!

This is a scam.  Our phone #s somehow got on a scammer's list.  I've gotten calls from a Florida cell phone that pretends to be from Hilton Rewards -- this is the same thing, just with Verizon.  DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THEM.  If it was really Verizon, they would call from an 800 number and they would already have your information.  Even then, I would go to a Verizon store to check -- DO NOT EVER GIVE OUT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.

Got one on cell, then immediately after, the house phone.  No message on either.

STOP CALLING ME. every day between 3 and 4 pm. it's spam/id theft. they want you to "set up your account" and give them info.
