I just got the same message from this number & they knew my name i called my cell phone carrier & had them block the number because the message said they were my cell phone carrier & when i called them they said they didnt call

Finally, if you are a Verizon customer, report it to Verizon through your online account and block the number on your account. (I get up to 5 free blocks per number)
