"Last chance" to lower interest rate,(wish that were true).

They want to refinance my mortgage.  They call and leave a message almost every day that says "consider this your final notice."  I have tried pressing "3", which they say will discontinue the calls, to no avail.  When I pressed the number to speak to a person and told them to take me off their calling list they hung up on me.  Does anyone know how I can get these calls to stop!?

They have called me numerous times.  I just answer and then immediately hang up.  I just wish there was a way to get them to STOP!
