We don't even have credit cards. When it asked to push 1 to be transferred to a representative, I did so and simply said, "How do I get removed from your call list?"...they hung up. I called back and got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling back. To be removed from this list press 1 (again) which I did. I do not expect to stop receiving these calls. If anyone knows what I need to do to get them to stop, I'm all over it.
I am tired of getting Calls from this place, at least 5 times a DAY sometimes. They keep saying the same recorded message, and if I get a person I tell them I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, they don't care, and continue to HARRASS ME. I have call Block feature on my phone but IT doesn't work because it says its a 'private number' or some other BS. I am not a well person and these calls more than stress me out. They never say if they are with any particular bank. Sometimes they say my credit card is just fine, but I have NO CREDIT CARD with any kind of balance..........
I too am a victim of getting unwanted calls.....I bought a Digitone Call Blocker.....
I now can control unwanted calls of all kinds.....Call Blocker catches them and my phone doesn't ring.....Makes me happy......
Have gotten calls from this number many times. They almost always just hang up when I answer. I am also on the "DO NOT CALL" lists, but that does not seem to stop them from calling.
