We don't even have credit cards. When it asked to push 1 to be transferred to a representative, I did so and simply said, "How do I get removed from your call list?"...they hung up. I called back and got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling back. To be removed from this list press 1 (again) which I did. I do not expect to stop receiving these calls. If anyone knows what I need to do to get them to stop, I'm all over it.
I am on the no-call list in the state of Missouri...and i repeatly am receiving calls from this tn 1 971-220-1002-----i want these calls to stop..from the posts above it does not matter if one advises the call that one is on the no-call list
Called me several times. Each time I press 1 and they say "card services" I say "I have a question for you, last time I talked to you your rep hung up on me..." before I finish they hang up on me. Not too happy with them. If it continues I may file a law suit against them. I am also on the do not call registry. If you get a call from them, go to donotcall.org and file a complaint. If they get enough complaints there will be an investigation and hopefully the calls stop.
I got a junk phone call from 1-971-220-1002 telling me I had to respond.
I'm listed on the do not call federal list. I pressed '1' to speak to a representative when prompted to do so. I told the agent ''Please remove my phone number from your list''. The agent responded by saying ''Can I have a long slow [***], pleaseeeeeeee''.
They are not supposed to be calling me in the first place and when requested to drop me from their list, responded with a highly offensive reply.
