Its a bad idea to refur to the company as RCI, as there are multiple companies out of texas with those initials. Such as Resident Collect Inc. who are scum do to the fact they wont settle a debt they baught for pennies on the dollar even tho the debt is almost old enough to default. Ever since my sister~in~law divorced her husband 6 years ago thats all I get is collection agencies asking for her or her ex-husband~i just tell them you got the ? residents~no one lives here by that name~who are you? they give me an excuse that he/she can't say~than I tell them~take me off your call list~and he/she replies it will take 24 hours to get your number off of our call lists~thank GOD for the internet because that's when I investigate who are these people calling me~in my case I don't blame the collection agencies~I blame my sister-in-law and ex-brother-in-law for not paying their bills. My advice to all of this madness~GROW UP YOUR AN ADULT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS! If you can't afford something wait until it goes on sell or don't buy it at all~DON'T KEEP UP WITH THE JONES!

got this call today, called the Texas Attorney General, they told me no - it's them asking me to do their job of getting in contact with someone. I filed a complaint against this company for calling me. They said they have only 3 complaints in 2 years. If you guys want help file complaints against them, otherwise it won't get fixed.
