received a message from this number claiming to be from the IRS. Ryan Black said he's conducting an investigation against me due to tax fraud between the dates 2008-2012. (I don't think so!)
in the message he threatened to subpoena if i didn't call back within a certain time.
beware of this scammer! Remember, the IRS only contact via postal mail!
Got the message from Melvin that other posters have gotten. I have dealt with IRS on other matters and they do not call and threaten legal action. Will not call back and I suggest anyone else disregard him or any other person. It is a shame that our government does little to take action against these scammers.
