Same as all above. Exception was that when I asked him where he was, he kept trying to say "Delaware" and gave me a zip code that was East Coast. Funny, last time I checked, 206 was a Washington area code. I just kept repeating "where?" and he was getting F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-E-D!!! LOL! A woman had called an hour earlier from the same number, so I had looked it up and read all of these posts. It gave me the advantage when the second call came in. When I told him he was in violation of the Oregon do-not-call law, he said "I will not be violating any laws tonight. Have a good night. Goodbye." Idjits.
