How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
Caller left a message they have papers to deliver to home or place of business. They call after husiness hours. It is a recording then they say you have bern served.
This number has called me several times telling me that a complaint has been filed against me and that papers will be served to me at my work or home. I know that I have not done anything to be as kind of trouble. They are just trying to scare people.
I just got this same call all of you got my suggestion to all of you is don't get to upset. i have had similar calls in the past most likely it's a scam so don't worry about the automated machine talking to you. if anyone did have a legal issue they would not have a machine do the talking for them nor would a machine say they will come to your houses to resolve the matter
This is the first call I've received from THIS PARTICULAR NUMBER. However, i have received multiple calls from various numbers using this same message stating that their are legal papers against me. These messages are coming from numbers all over the country. This needs to stop!
